REGISTRATION AND HOUSING

FOR RESCUE GROUPS ONLY: Please send your registration information to Gail Lustig at [email protected]. Gail will be setting up all of the rescue booths. Every RESCUE GROUP will have two free registrations, so please send the names of those representatives to Gail. You must also register your reps on the registration form... indicate which rescue on the form as well. We are asking rescue reps who want private housing to please pay $50 if it is a private room, single occupancy, and $35 if it is a private room, double occupancy.

Remember, most housing is group housing, with not much privacy. That's probably the most fun part of the weekend for most attendees, and many wonderful new friendships have been forged at a Goldstock weekend. Although there is private housing available, it is very limited, although we will do our best to try to accommodate those requests. There are some motels and B&B's in the area, and we will provide that info below, and there is also space for RV's, campers, and tents. For those requiring electrical hook-ups, there are a number available, but those are first come, first-served, and we ask that you remember to bring your own electrical cords and levelers with you.

IF YOU ATTENDED GOLDSTOCK 2013, YOUR CABIN ASSIGNMENT WILL GENERALLY REMAIN THE SAME, UNLESS YOU WISH A CHANGE. IF YOU DO, PLEASE INDICATE THAT IN THE COMMENT BOX ON THE REGISTRATION FORM.

IF YOU WERE IN A PRIVATE ROOM LAST YEAR, AND WISH TO BE IN THE SAME LOCATION, PLEASE INDICATE THAT IN THE COMMENT SECTION.

IF YOU ARE A NEW ATTENDEE, AND WISH PRIVATE HOUSING, WE WILL TRY TO HONOR THAT REQUEST, AND WILL NOTIFY YOU IF WE CANNOT.

Private rooms are very limited, and we will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please remember, however, that this is camp, and part of the fun is group living and making new friends. There are hotels in the area for those who prefer them, but most attendees would tell you it’s much more fun to be on campus and not miss any of the action!
